Support
Need a hand?
A real person reads everything that comes in, and we aim to reply within two business days. The quickest answers are below.
- Something is broken, or you have a question
- Open AILE, go to the You tab, and tap Help and feedback. That form reaches us with the details we need to reproduce the problem, which usually gets you a faster answer than email. You can also write to ellmentcreative@gmail.com.
- Manage or cancel AILE Pro
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are managed in the App Store rather than in AILE. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also go straight to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds
- Apple handles all billing for AILE, which means Apple issues refunds too. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something we did caused the charge, tell us as well and we will support the request.
- Delete your account and your data
- In AILE, go to the You tab and tap Delete account. It removes your account and everything attached to it, and it cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, because Apple owns that billing relationship, so cancel that separately.
- Privacy and your data
- The Privacy Policy says exactly what we collect and why. You can turn usage analytics off at any time in the You tab under Privacy and data, and you can switch the AI tutor off entirely under AI. The Terms of Service cover the rest.
- Someone may be in danger
- If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. In the US you can call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or text HOME to 741741 for the Crisis Text Line. AILE is a learning app and cannot provide crisis support.
Still stuck? Write to ellmentcreative@gmail.com and tell us what you were doing when it went wrong. If you would rather send a longer note, the contact form reaches the same inbox.
